Welcome. Nice work, technically.
I do have some crits however:
She has to little 'back-head' , the hair is very thin, the hard line against her cheek seems misplaced seeing the overall contrast-level, and it's very visible where you did and didn't use reference.
In fact, the only things I really like are the centre of the face and the technique you have used in that part.

I'm not sure 'bout her face and sparse hair, but everything else just rocks. Colors, lightning, drawing technique are great. You tried your best. +8/9!

The lower portion of her hair looks disheveled I think unintentionally. It looks like that was the edge of the page and you feathered it to mask? Maybe not.

Something about the point where your reference at the ear turns into the elven pointy portion looks unfinished. Otherwise beautiful skin, gorgeous face, excellently rendered!
